I am a blessed woman, a mother, grandmother, wife, daughter and sister! I share my life and dreams with my soulmate. I have three strong and healthy daughters who are making their way wisely. My number one priority is my health and well being. I have found a business system that supports and encourages my beliefs and affords me the lifestyle I choose.

I have twenty years experience in the food industry as a chef and I was a co-owner of a natural and organic health food store.  I learned the importance of good nutrition, self care and balancing my home life with my business life.  I will maintain this balance throughout my life!

I am A Retreat Coach who is committed to the encouragement and support of women to live their dreams.  I offer powerful retreats for women in transition & exploring change.  My offerings encourage healing and a healthy and holistic approach to life’s journey.  My own graceful journey of self-discovery and heartfelt compassion for helping others facilitated in creating a powerful forum of retreats for inspired growth.  Retreat Coach Certification Program
